Lagos Theatre Festival 2016 kicks off at Freedom Park (PHOTOS)

Art enthusiasts, partners, sponsors and creatives all came out in large numbers to the launch of the Lagos Theatre Festival.

It is the biggest performing arts festival at Freedom Park, Lagos.

Guests present at the event on Tuesday include the Lagos Commissioner for Arts and Culture, Foli Coker; Yeni Kuti, Kemi ‘Lala’ Akindoju, Wana Udobang, David Evans, Bikiye Graham – Douglas, and more.

Also present were Connie Price, Country Director of the British Council; Ojoma Ochai, Director of Arts; Ndubusi Kanu, Partnerships Manager; Jennifer Onochie, Project Manager, Arts and Creative Industries; Damola Mogaji, Communications Manager, and Kenneth Uphopho, Artistic Director, Lagos Theatre Festival.

Guests were treated to good music by popular artiste, Isaac Geralds.
